In 2020, NTCS GreenBee has implemented an charging ecosystem for electric vehicles in Belize. NTCS GreenBee developed the strategy for the EV charging infrastructure, defined the requirements and executed the end-to-end procurement process for charging stations, and designed a control & management system. The company worked out the design of the ecosystem and realised the implementation for the national electricity company of Belize, Belize Electricity Limited. Together with its partners, NTCS and NTCS GreenBee support BEL in developing a reliable, sustainable, and innovative energy system including e-mobility, smart meters, rooftop-solar, and smart digital services. Part of the developments, was the donation of an electric scooter to the police department of Belize. The scooter is equipped with a siren and other essential accessories to assist police officers.
